CX Designer / Researcher
Maryam was born and raised in Egypt before moving to the UK. As a CX Designer / Researcher, she leverages her multicultural experience to engage with global businesses and profoundly understand their needs as well as the needs of their customers. This approach allows her to create uniquely tailored experiences for clients that result in innovative solutions to complex problems across a diverse range of markets.
Prior to joining Mach49, Maryam led user experience operations for several startups based in MENA. Utilizing extensive experience building new ventures with ambitious ideas and limited resources, she expertly manages design processes in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
She holds a BA in graphic design from the American University in Cairo as well as a UX certification from the Kemet Art & Design Institute.
