As an Administrative Assistant for the Eastern US, Stephanie supports day-to-day operations in the Boston office, and manages logistics for venture-building engagements and East Coast-based executives.

Prior to joining Mach49, Stephanie had a successful 10-year career in the healthcare industry, working across hospice, maternity, dermatology, and gastroenterology specialties. Her experiences with patients and providers in both private practices and large city hospitals heightened her passion for working with others, and she prides herself on being outgoing, empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented. Most recently, Stephanie worked at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, where she was responsible for not only coordinating the schedules of multiple gastroenterologists, but managing patient care and ensuring communication successfully carried between departments. There, she won an Ovation Award for going above and beyond with patient care. Now, she’s thrilled to bring her superpowers — including scheduling, event coordination, and communications — to the next chapter of her career at Mach49.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Boston University and is a trained EMT. As a member of the Tri Delta sorority, she was heavily involved with philanthropic events for their partner, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
