She has over 10 years of corporate sales experience in the energy sector, having worked with several Fortune 500 companies to help them reach their strategic sustainability goals. Her outstanding diplomacy and engagement in partnerships consistently produced and maintained lasting client relationships for her organizations.
Recently, Alexia transitioned into the recruiting space, bringing with her the same skills at cultivating value-adding relationships. At Enel North America, she successfully recruited candidates for niche roles at the intersection of technology and energy, and helped build strong candidate pipelines by partnering with professional organizations and leading universities. Passionate about workplace inclusion and attracting diverse candidates, she also successfully launched internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) teams, as well as DEI certificate programs.
