As a champion of change passionate about motivating and empowering others, Atalie believes in building meaningful relationships to strengthen teams and support business goals.
Through her diverse work experience, Atalie has learned how to be agile, empathetic, and centered in a growth mindset. She previously worked at Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Amazon, and Nordstrom, where she worked tirelessly to enhance the employee experience and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Atalie holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from California State Long Beach, an MBA with a concentration in dispute resolution from Pepperdine University, and a certificate in human resource management from Loyola Marymount University.
