Clare is endlessly curious about what motivates people’s behaviors and actions, and has deployed that curiosity to build ventures for some of Mach49's largest clients in a wide range of sectors, from wind energy to e-commerce and smart manufacturing.

She joined Mach49 back in 2019, as employee #1 for the firm’s EMEA office. In addition to serving as the region's Lead Venture Builder, she built her team from the ground up, to now over 30 team members.

Today, Clare manages the firm’s Office of People and Belonging for the EMEA region — building a high-performance culture in which Mach49ers can grow and do their best work. Applying her impressive background in delivery, Clare believes that employee experience deserves the same level of design and curation as customer experience, with the same level of experimentation and iteration too.

Clare attended the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, where she earned a Bachelor of Business degree specializing in communications.
