Dahlton has spent a decade leading project management and business development initiatives for service providers and their clients. She is known for her data-driven, process-oriented mindset that is unrivaled by operational barriers. At Mach49, she works closely with the SVP of Business Development to support the firm’s rapid growth.

Previously, Dahlton drove the improvement of standard operating procedures and sales processes at AppDetex, a software development firm. She reported directly to the COO as she built and managed the sales process, oversaw sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, and optimized partnerships with the finance and marketing departments. She was also a Founding Partner at BluSol Global, where she led business development and strategy efforts for an emerging partnership between US-based BluSol Global and Global Techniques for Energy in Egypt. 

Dahlton holds a BA in global studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from Boise State University.
