Dale is Head of Innovation Engineering at Presence, where he oversees innovation and emerging technology projects from ideation to production release. He has led teams that have delivered innovative, production-grade systems for countless startups, innovation organizations, and Fortune 500 companies, in the fields of virtual reality, augmented reality, IoT, computer vision, and machine learning.

Prior to joining Presence, Dale worked as a Full Stack Developer, Technical Lead, Marketing Analyst, and Web Consultant for various startups and tech companies.
In his free time, he writes and speaks internationally about emerging technology and similar topics. 

Dale holds a degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
