Daria Niescierowicz
CD Facilitator

Daria is passionate about democratizing design thinking and customer development methodologies. By teaching client teams how to discard their biases and preconceived notions in favor of analytical customer research, she empowers them to truly understand their users for the first time, and gives them the tools they need to approach all future ventures with sound strategies.

A trained designer, her keen artistic eye allows her to anticipate the learnings required for different types of product builds. Before joining Mach49, she spent 2 years at Zuora, a B2B SaaS business, where she was the first and — for much of her tenure — only UX Researcher. She not only single-handedly built out the firm’s research practice from the ground up, but also led the first research studies for each of the firm’s core products.

Daria holds a degree in psychology and economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and completed Designlab’s UX Academy. She speaks English, Polish, and Spanish.
