Diane’s energy and vision light a fire in everyone around her. In 20 years of marketing and innovation leadership experience at global organizations, Diane has led the development and delivery of insight-driven programs and initiatives that have been true game changers in driving meaningful growth.
As New Venture Director, Diane draws on her teaching background to mentor and develop talent on entrepreneurial teams, inspiring and empowering them to achieve excellence. Her focus and drive draw others to her as an agent of innovation, who can hold her own against the inertia of large corporations.
Diane was a co-founder of an internal corporate incubator at Campbell Soup Company, employing lean startup methods to identify and build disruptive brands representing the future of the organization. She’s also taught a variety of marketing, management, and strategic business undergraduate courses.
Diane has a BS and MS from Saint Joseph’s University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercise, and going on adventures with her family in the Philadelphia area.
