Fang Ning is an experienced customer development and UX researcher who leverages her understanding of human thought and behavior to synthesize elegant solutions centered around user needs. She is passionate about harnessing the power of data to distill insights and enact global change, finding fulfillment in navigating the crossroads of user research, business, and technology to launch new ventures. 

Having led research projects across diverse industries, Fang Ning is well-versed in a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. She has designed prototypes and wireframes and led usability testing for clients including DHL, Dell, Resorts World Sentosa, and Singapore’s Land Transport Authority.

Fang Ning holds a BA in psychology from the National University of Singapore.
