A passionate people connector and relationship builder, Farah sources top talent for Mach49’s growing team and works to cultivate an engaging hiring experience for all candidates.

Prior to joining Mach49, Farah was on the talent acquisition team at Qiddiya — an entertainment startup and 1 of 3 giga projects rolled out under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. She hired over 90 employees across multiple business units, developing stronger communication skills and cultural fluency along the way. 

Farah holds a BA in communication studies from York University in Toronto. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and binge-watching Netflix.
