As a New Venture Manager, Ian delivers on his passion for building products and companies that take the voice of the customer as gospel. Leveraging the world-class designers, entrepreneurs, and business minds at Mach49, he guides client teams to create solutions for the largest problems faced by consumers today.
While at Bain and Company, Ian honed his experience understanding and solving customer pains for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. His work centered on ingraining customer insights and Net Promoter Scores into every division of his client companies.
Ian studied Mechanical Engineering (with a focus on Energy Systems) at Stanford University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
