Jarrod is an accomplished venture builder with a passion for contrarian ideas that challenge market expectations and produce tangible, positive social impacts. A masterful 25-year veteran of startup ecosystems, he has a proven track record in defining the vision and strategy for organizations, raising funds and managing P&Ls, building teams and developing talent, creating and executing global strategies to support geographically dispersed teams, and cultivating mutually beneficial partnerships to increase organizational capabilities and drive revenue.

After selling his European corporate events firm, Jarrod joined Connect2Development as Director of Business Development and Corporate Partnerships, and built an IT outsourcing capability across Central Europe to address the needs of firms looking to create new digital products. The company’s in-house SaaS-based recruitment system was later acquired by DHL. Since then, Jarrod has launched and exited ventures throughout Europe and the US in industries including real estate, regulated gaming, eSports, cyber security, proptech, home finance, and fintech, advising corporations like Amazon, Apple, and Aviva Investors along the way.
