As a CX Designer and Researcher, Jess takes pleasure in solving complex problems and creating solutions that meet both user and business needs. Finding that equilibrium between desirability, viability, and feasibility drives her design process. 

Coming from an agency background, Jess previously worked with Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations in artificial intelligence and voice technology. Her clients ranged sectors including gaming, health, entertainment, e-commerce, and finance. 

She has a keen interest in innovation and a passion for learning about emerging technologies, particularly taking note of how they influence user behavior and market trends and shape the way we engage with technology. 

Jess holds a BA in fine art from Oxford Brookes University and a master’s degree in UX design from Kingston University.
