As Talent Sourcing Specialist, Kyera works to optimize Mach49’s hiring processes and reduce time to hire while building a diverse team of “A” players. 

Having previously worked as a Sourcing Recruiter for Bandwidth — a recruiting consulting firm specializing in identifying talent for startups — Kyera is a master at  identifying highly experienced, forward-thinking individuals with the passion and entrepreneurial spirit Mach49 is founded on.

Kyera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and a BFA in Dance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as a Professional Certificate in arts management.
