Margaret describes herself as a “question enthusiast,” employing her insatiable curiosity to extract meaningful pains and desires from customers. Grounded in a psychology background, Margaret expertly synthesizes user research to thoroughly understand the challenges users face while engaging with everyday products and services. She is also skilled in market research, conducting extensive exploration of problem spaces to guide her as she curates effective lines of inquiry for customer interviews.
At the heart of Margaret’s passion for customer development are patience and empathy. Prior to joining Mach49, she worked as a UX Researcher and Designer, contributing to projects for BioBot, BigNightIn Entertainment, and LexisNexis.
She holds a BA in psychology from Connecticut College and completed General Assembly’s UX Design Immersive.
