Mo drives strategic content creation across Mach49, directing and optimizing how the organization wields knowledge to enhance our growth and global impact. She works closely with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, Board Members-in-Residence, Customer Development Researchers, Designers and more to develop high-quality learning solutions that enable companies around the world to build and launch disruptive new ventures.
An avid learner, Mo’s passion for developing exceptional people, programs, and learning content inspires her work to improve complex organizational systems and facilitate dynamic, cross-functional teams. Prior to Mach49, Mo honed the art of teaching and learning in a variety of educational settings as an Education Manager and Consultant. She also worked as a B2B project manager and content editor for Aria Systems and HPE.
Mo holds an MS degree from Lesley University and a BA from the University of Michigan. She has a certificate in Project Management from Cal State East Bay, and is a certified Reflecting on Practice facilitator through the Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley.
