Mo drives strategic content creation across Mach49, directing and optimizing how the firm wields knowledge to enhance its growth and global impact. She works closely with Venture Builders, Board Members-in-Residence, CX Designer / Researchers, and more to develop high-quality learning solutions that empower global businesses to build and launch disruptive new ventures.
An avid learner, Mo’s passion for developing exceptional people, programs, and content inspires her work to improve complex organizational systems and support dynamic, cross-functional teams. Prior to Mach49, she honed the art of teaching and learning in a variety of educational settings, as an Education Manager and Consultant. She also worked as a B2B Project Manager and Content Editor for Aria Systems and HPE.
Mo holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS from Lesley University. She also has a certificate in project management from California State University, East Bay, and is a certified Reflecting on Practice Facilitator through the University of California, Berkeley’s Lawrence Hall of Science.
