Micheal Hiro

UX Designer/ Researcher

Michael believes that the best way to help people begins with examining life through an empathic lens. His passion for user research and design stems from a strong background in psychology, which he uses to help client teams test disruptive ideas, iterate storyboards and prototypes, and create compelling designs.

Prior to Mach49, Michael worked at Google as a Product Strategist on a cross-functional qualitative research team that worked with other teams including Google My Business (GMB), YouTube, Area120, and GoogleAds to test features and products with small and medium-sized business owners. Michael earned a BA in Psychology from Boston University, and completed the UC Berkeley Extension UX / UI Design Research Bootcamp.
