CX Research Operations Specialist

As Customer Experience Research Operations Specialist, Nicole works closely with New Venture Teams to recruit for the extensive customer research process at the center of Mach49’s venture-building methodology. Nicole’s efforts maximize team efficiency and focus and ensure every product is built around acute customer pain.

In addition to her work at Mach49, Nicole conducts UX research at Action4Equity — a nonprofit focused on influencing policy to foster equity in education. There, she interviews target participants and key members of the community to identify pains that may be solved with new or expanded programming.
