Peter is a senior executive who has spent over 20 years advising Fortune 500 companies on how to transform to become more customer-centric. Through organizational change, process optimization, and technology, Peter has led projects with a combined value of over $1B.
In addition to a professional lifetime spent working with large enterprises, Peter is also an accomplished intrapreneur, having built and grown startups within his organizations. From digital experience practices and intelligent automation to people operations, the hallmark of Peter’s career has been in establishing and growing successful new ventures within massive legacy organizations.
Prior to COVID, Peter was the Executive Director of Capgemini’s Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE), based in New York City. The AIE is part of a global network of startups, designers, technologists, sector experts, technology partners, academics, and research organizations, focused on building new ventures using recent innovations. There, Peter advised CXOs from sectors including financial services, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, life sciences, and media and experimented with technology including artificial intelligence, machine learning, data and analytics, intelligent automation, AR / VR, blockchain, and drones.
Currently Peter, splits time between New York City and Denver, where he grew up. When he’s not traveling to visit his 3 children in colleges around the world (Berlin, Dublin, and Denver), he can be found on the mountain biking, snowboarding, or skiing, or in the water fly-fishing or surfing. holds a BA in political science from the University of Colorado, Boulder and completed an Executive Development Program on business administration and management at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
