Rilwan is a lean startup entrepreneur with many years of experience building and scaling startups in different industries, including real estate, hospitality, and logistics. As a New Venture Director in the Boston office, he focuses on collaborating with teams to ideate and accelerate new startup ventures.
Before joining Mach49, Rilwan co-founded neu, a platform in the hospitality space that connects Airbnb homeowners with on-demand cleaning services. He also helped accelerate and scale Hugo Labs, a tech-enabled transportation company that provides an Uber-like solution to improve school bus transportation systems.
Rilwan earned a Bachelor of Science in management at New Jersey City University. When he isn’t bootstrapping new ventures for clients, Rilwan enjoys mentoring early startup founders, soccer, music and reading.
