Tim brings over 15 years of HR experience from many industries in companies large and small. As Mach49’s Human Resources Director, Tim is building nimble HR capabilities on a solid foundation of people-centric and business-minded philosophies.
Previously, he was Senior HR Business Partner at Enel North America, supporting their Technology teams across all Green Power business lines plus their acquired e-Mobility business. Tim led people-related strategies and supported global teams through cultural, procedural, operational, and organizational change. Prior to Enel, he held progressive HRBP roles at Cox Automotive, where he designed new integrated organizational structures that optimized talent and advanced careers. Tim also worked at luxury Hyatt and InterContinental hotels, where he strengthened their brands by creating end-to-end HR solutions.
Tim earned a double major in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from California State University, Chico. He holds certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management and HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. In his free time, Tim stays disciplined with his fitness routine and enjoys outdoor adventures with his family and their dog, a doberman pinscher named Ace.
