As Mach49’s Sr. People Business Partner, Tim leverages over 15 years of HR experience from several industries and companies both large and small to build nimble HR capabilities on a solid foundation of people-centric and business-minded philosophies. Previously, Tim served as Senior HR Business Partner at Enel North America, supporting technology teams across all green power business lines and their acquired e-mobility business. There, he oversaw people-related strategies and supported global teams through cultural, procedural, operational, and organizational change. Prior to joining Enel, Tim held progressive HRBP roles at Cox Automotive, where he designed new integrated organizational structures that optimized talent and advanced careers. He also strengthened Hyatt and InterContinental’s brands by creating end-to-end HR solutions. Tim holds degrees in business administration and human resources management from California State University, Chico, as well as certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management and the HR Certification Institute. In his free time, Tim stays disciplined with his fitness routine and enjoys outdoor adventures with his family and their dog, a doberman pinscher named Ace.
