Vincent is a seasoned corporate venturing advisor with global client experience. He has guided corporations, across a range of industries and in over 30 countries, through inorganic growth efforts including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate venturing.
Before relocating to Spain, Vincent spent over 20 years in Asia, managing and executing strategy and cross-border transactions for some of the region’s largest organizations. At Deloitte and Touche Tohmatsu, he developed new services to support clients in setting up internal M&A practices and CVC units.
A recognized thought leader in his field, Vincent advocates for proactive management of technological disruption risk and for companies to not only embrace, but lead disruption. His career also includes stints with investment banking outfits including ING Bank and Shinsei Bank.
Vincent holds a degree in geological engineering from the University of Liège and an MBA from Cass Business School.
