We do this so that we can undertake the interview in connection with this project described in this email and for the purpose of maintaining our related records. Mach49 will share the personal information we collect from you with our Client so that they, with us, may use the content of the interview for the project. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honour this Privacy Notice. Affiliates include our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
In order that we may conduct the Interview, personal data collected from you may include your name, address, likeness, voice and any other information about you that you volunteer in connection with the Interview. The personal data we collect from you may also include sensitive personal data, such as relating to your racial or ethnic origin and physical or mental health. We will only undertake an Interview where you consent, and so it follows that we will only collect and process your personal information in connection with the interview and project with your consent.
Your personal data is processed at Mach49’s operating offices, and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing (such as the Client and our affiliates) are located. It means that this information may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. Mach49 will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Fair Processing Notice and no transfer of your personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your personal information.
Your personal data shall be retained for as long as it is required in connection with the interview and project and associated record-keeping, but any other personal data which has been collected but is not required for these purposes shall be promptly deleted unless we are legally required to retain your data.
