Originally from Stockholm, Elsa moved to London after high school to explore a new culture and discover new opportunities. She started her career in retail, where she developed a passion for customer service, before moving on to office and facilities management at a fintech startup. Her prior experience in the fast-paced startup world has shaped her into a versatile and resourceful professional, well prepared to support Mach49’s venture building and investing operations.

Elsa studied English literature and culture at Mid Sweden University, which she says taught her a great deal about the country she now calls home.
