Jenny brings a decade of experience at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and venture building to her role as Growth and Scale Venture Principal. As a close advisor of corporations throughout every stage of the venture development process, she drives measures to maintain strategic and organizational alignment as new businesses scale.

She began her career in PwC’s Strategy practice before joining innovation consulting firm, Fahrenheit 212 (now Frog). There, she led engagements and brought products, services, and experiences from concept to pilot, in industries including CPG, hospitality, and financial services.

Prior to joining Mach49, Jenny served as Director of Corporate Growth at 500 Startups, one of the world's most active global venture capital firms. She guided executives looking to define new growth opportunities, evaluate early stage technologies, and partner more effectively with founders in the startup ecosystem. She also helped design intrapreneurship programs, aimed at developing internal talent through training in lean startup, agile, and design thinking methodologies in pursuit of the next billion-dollar business.

Jenny holds a BS in finance and management from New York University’s Stern School of Business. In her free time, she volunteers with nonprofits focused on accelerating female entrepreneurs and enjoys boxing, baking, and exploring coffee shops in Brooklyn.
