An analytical thinker and dynamic problem solver, Karen harnesses the power of behavioral psychology and design thinking to unravel complex customer desires, to help Global 1000 companies develop strategy and execution plans that enable them to launch disruptive new products and services at scale.
During her previous tenure with Shell’s internal incubator team, she played a critical role in the creation of countless new ventures, some of which are now spun out. Through customer-centric innovation sprints, she has launched new digital ventures in the B2B industrial, renewables, and sustainability spaces to stimulate meaningful growth.
Karen was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American University of Beirut and a master’s degree in economics and business strategy from Imperial College London. When she’s not working, Karen enjoys reading, running, yoga, and spending quality time with family and friends.
