Mark Simoncelli, Mach49’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, has over 20 years of experience as a successful Fortune 1000 strategic growth advisor, accomplished leader, management consultant, and senior executive. With a background spanning multiple industries and across major global geographies, the tapestry of Mark’s expertise in technology implementation, business process optimization, human capital development, and business model transformation enables his relentless focus on value creation for Mach49’s clients.
Mark has a passion for disruptive innovation that unleashes human capital as a part of venture building, connecting ecosystems, and ensuring sustainable transformation. While at Frost & Sullivan, he was responsible for establishing the global growth strategy and implementation practice. He orchestrated the overall strategy process for a portfolio of over 80 key accounts across a number of industries including automotive, industrial, healthcare, aerospace / defense, financial services, and more. While building and leading a thriving team, Mark delivered significant value to clients in the form of billions of dollars of growth opportunities and as a strong revenue contributor within the company. Mark’s 9-year career at F&S culminated in him joining the partnership of the firm.
Prior to this, Mark worked directly with the Board of an International Retailer on a complete reorganization across the entire business that established the foundation for a significant increase in shareholder value in subsequent years. Starting his career at Accenture and having focused on large-scale technology implementations, he has worked across all levers of shareholder value creation.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys in Southern California. They like going to the beach, mountain biking, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle together.
