As CX Principal, Nick supervises and lends support to research and design efforts for all venture-building engagements in the Western US. His proficiency with facilitation and research methodologies allow him to quickly and thoroughly uncover the biggest challenges our global clients need to solve for their customers.
Prior to joining Mach49, Nick served as the Head of Operations for several major startups and led innovative design projects for new ventures across a variety of industries.
He studied product design at General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive in San Francisco and earned an AA in sociology from Cabrillo College.
