Employing his keen visual savvy, Nick creates crisp and impactful designs for Mach49’s global clients. He applies comprehensive design thinking methodologies that put customer experience at the center of his work, and produces elegant design solutions across every kind of team and project.
As CX Principal, he supervises and lends support to research and design efforts for all client projects in the western US.
Nick has served as the Head of Operations for several major startups, and led design projects for new ventures across a variety of industries.
He studied product design at General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive in San Francisco and earned an AA in sociology from Cabrillo College.
