As People Business Partner, she supports the employee life cycle from onboarding to performance management, benefits, and policy administration, as well as employee engagement and relations. Victoria has over 5 years of experience, most recently at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, an electronics components company. As HR Specialist, she received the Best Support Award for implementing company-wide programs that flourished into administrative and cultural improvements. She also wore many hats at GEO Semiconductor and Fragomen LLP. Victoria holds a BA in sociology and social services with a minor in education from the University of California, Davis. In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants with friends, spending time with family, and tending to her plant collection.
