For over 20 years, Dave has led both startups and Global 500 corporations in developing products and creative teams that redefine businesses and disrupt industries. As a Venture Builder, he champions human-centered design, inspires effective collaboration, and cultivates challenger mindsets, to drive the creation of innovative solutions and capabilities.

Dave is a valued partner in every venture he touches. As one of the original employees of basketball startup AND1, he drove product development and brand marketing initiatives as the company grew from 3 to 300 employees and generated $250M in revenue in over 30 countries. This included collaborating on the award-winning Mix Tape property, which became a pop culture icon and helped pioneer branded entertainment as a groundbreaking approach to monetizing marketing.

Over the course of his career, he has partnered with leading brands like L’Óréal, HSBC, ABInBev, and Colgate-Palmolive in a host of global markets to capture untapped growth opportunities, maximize innovation potential, and foster internal talent. He also contributed to the launch of Coca-Cola’s first dedicated Innovation Team in Latin America, What If’s Innovation Capabilities team in the Americas, and the NBA’s first Team Innovation Advisory Council.

Dave studied business at the College of New Jersey, received his MBA from Columbia Business School, and has served as an instructor and coach on innovation best practices to over 500 executives.
