Lena brings over a decade of investor relations and operations experience to Mach49 as the Executive Operations Administrator for the Venture Investing practice. Her management of day-to-day activities and ongoing projects allows the Venture Investing team to develop valuable partnerships and deliver meaningful returns for their clients.
She began her career at Industry Ventures — a leading venture capital firm specializing in secondary and fund of funds investments. There, she managed the firm’s investor relations and marketing efforts for 10 years and helped raise $3.5B of institutional capital. She later joined Lyte, a secondary ticketing startup, as Chief of Staff and Director of Business Operations. Prior to joining Mach49, she served as Investor Relations Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Zoox, where she worked on various teams and helped facilitate the business’ acquisition by Amazon.
Lena is a Bay Area native and holds a BA in communications from Santa Clara University.
