Tom is an experienced creative with over 22 years of agency design experience, driven by his belief that the most successful way to harness the true potential of a product or service is by connecting the sensibilities of its customers with sound business sense. At that intersection, he finds the most compelling stories to tell, about the ways innovative products have disrupted industries and changed users’ lives.

Over the course of his career, Tom has worked with clients including Heathrow, Nike Foundation, Foster and Partners, Financial Times, UK Fashion and Textile Association, Octagon Motorsport, Royal Mail, Virgin Atlantic, Unilever, and Waitrose. He previously served as Creative Director of both TR Studio and FRS London, and currently owns his own design firm — Rapacioli Studio.

A lifelong learner, Tom recently completed General Assembly’s UX Design Immersive, where he mastered the industry’s most cutting-edge software and methodologies. He also holds a BA in graphic design from Kingston University.
