Senior Associate, Venture Investing
Danny specializes in helping global enterprises execute their strategic objectives through venture capital investing. As Senior Associate with Mach49’s Venture Investing practice, Danny primarily works with corporate venture clients to identify nascent markets, expand sourcing pipelines, analyze investment targets, and integrate funds into the venture ecosystem.
Prior to Mach49, Danny was an Associate at Amasia, an early to mid-stage venture capital firm that invests in companies at the intersection of behavioral change and sustainability. He was responsible for all aspects of the investment process, from thesis generation and sourcing hundreds of opportunities to in-depth due diligence and closing. Most notably, Danny played instrumental roles in the seed and series A investments of TreeDots and Clarity Movement, respectively. He also spent several years as an Analyst at Hall Capital Partners, a registered investment advisor and fund-of-funds, where he helped manage clients’ venture capital fund investments of over $100M in dozens of top-tier funds.
Danny holds a BA in finance, accounting, and economics from Oklahoma State University. In his free time, Danny is an avid cyclist and runner and has competed in multiple long-distance races.
