A seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in international business development and strategic partnerships, Joseph is the first Partner in the Mach49 Growth Institute — a new line of business that offers customized, experiential, action-oriented professional development programming. He is instrumental in creating execution-focused skill-building sessions, designed to enhance managers' capabilities to drive growth, solve complex problems, and foster deep engagement with teammates, stakeholders, and customers.

Prior to joining Mach49, Joseph spent over 25 years at International Venture Associates, where he served as Managing Partner. There, he advised companies including Daily Mail Group, British Telecom, ViaCom, and British Gas on how to expand globally and identify innovative startup investment and M&A opportunities. Joseph also previously served as the Director of New Business Development at Topix and as Vice President of the International Development Group.

Through his broad range of experience as an international business development executive and deal maker, Joseph has demonstrated his expertise in strategy development and implementation; market screening and competitive analysis; and negotiation of deals, partnerships, licensing agreements, and strategic alliances. His intimate familiarity with international markets make him an invaluable asset to any organization seeking to expand its global footprint.

Now, at Mach49, Joseph dedicates his time to helping growing businesses develop their next generation of disruptive, influential leaders.

He holds a bachelor's degree in business and finance from Pennsylvania State University.
