With extensive experience as an Executive Recruiter, he has expertise in retained, contingent, and contract executive searches as well as full-cycle recruiting — including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating.
Throughout his career, Tim has served as a trusted recruiting advisor for countless organizations, identifying potential talent for both internal teams and external clients. Most recently, he acted as Senior Recruiter at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB), a $165B pension investment organization. Prior to that, he founded Integrated Financial in 1994 and led the firm as Managing Partner for 26 years. He has also worked for Adia, Romac (now known as KForce), and Deloitte, where he was Senior Recruiting Consultant for experienced hires.
Tim holds a BA in communications from the State University of New York at Oswego.
